--QB Matt Schaub struggled in the second-consecutive game in which a defense consistently blitzed. Schaub was knocked out of the game in the second quarter, and is day-to-day this week with a sore back, lower leg, thigh and hip. --QB Sage Rosenfels played for the second week in a row. His five touchdowns this season are the most in any of his seven seasons. --RB Ahman Green has 62 carries for 232 yards this season for an average 3.7 yards per carry this season. He still has no touchdowns. --RB Ron Dayne was activated last week but didn't get any carries in a game where the Texans focused mostly on their passing attack. --WR Andre Johnson (sprained knee) will not likely return until after the bye week. He is still working to regain the strength in his knee and his full range of motion. He has yet to do any football activities during practice. --WR Kevin Walter had six catches for 97 yards against the Titans and one touchdown. --WR Andre' Davis had four catches for 88 yards, including a 53-yard touchdown that gave the Texans the lead with less than a minute to play. --TE Owen Daniels had two catches for 20 yards. He still has no touchdowns this season. He had five touchdowns in the first seven games last year. --G Kasey Studdard continues nursing a pulled groin. He was slated to play in a rotation with Chester Pitts last week. But Studdard missed practice last week and is expected to be out again this week with the injury. --DE N.D. Kalu continues to be the team's most effective pass rusher. He has had two strong games in a row. --DT Travis Johnson had six tackles and batted down two passes to have the best game of his career. --LB Shawn Barber could miss the game this week with a shoulder injury he suffered against the Texans. --WR Jacoby Jones is healthy for the most part, but the Texans pulled him last week because he showed a hesitation of being hit. The Texans hope that is not the case this week. |
